Before you start a ballet class, make sure to massage your feet.
Just before you put your shoes on, massage the insteps of your feet using the thick of the thumbs and move your toes around.
This will make your feet warm and working better, and reduce the risk of cramps in your feet!
If you are not sure, just try to massage only one foot, and strech both your feet together! You will see the different immediately! The foot you have massaged will strech significantly more than the one you haven’t!
